We are excited to tell you that the set up for the 2014 season is on! We've been busy as bees this spring, arranging and organizing all the necessities for restaurant operation on the new land. The city water and wastewater has been installed on the location, the electrical work is happening right now, and our plumber is on site hooking up the new washroom. Yes! A washroom! We're thrilled to be able to provide a customer washroom for our patrons this season. One of the best things about being land owners is the ability to add this lovely amenity to the restaurant landscape. Every year, we strive to make Dash Bistro a more comfortable place to enjoy the already amazing food prepared by Chef Ackerman and we can't wait to get open to share all the goodies.
